Role Based User Group Login

Aptean CRM uses a role based approach to logging in (Basic, Sales, Service, Manager, Contact Center User = CUSER, Contact Center Manager = CCMANAGER, Setup and Administrator). Each user group login is created for the various job functions and permissions to perform specific activities tied to that role.
