Import ERP Customers

Import ERP Customers feature allows you to initiate the Import process from the UI. Click the Import button, the status changes from Import to Staging. However, this step is not required for ERPs to initiate the process, initiating import can be done through CRM action. If the import process is already active, you can see that staging mode is enabled, and will the Import button is grayed out.
