First Steps in Aptean AppCentral
To get started with Aptean AppCentral, perform the following:

Identify Your License Subscription:
The Aptean Support team will help you choose the license subscription that best fits your business needs. If you are already using Aptean products, you can migrate to Aptean AppCentral while retaining your existing user information. For assistance, contact the Aptean Support team. -
Onboarding Process:
Once your order is processed, you receive a Welcome email with the URL to access Aptean AppCentral. This email also serves as your Proof of Delivery (POD). It guides you through the sign-in process and includes your Seed user credentials.

Seed User Information:
The Seed user is the primary user of Aptean AppCentral and has full administrative privileges. As a Seed user, you can activate applications according to your license subscription. For more details on managing user roles, refer to the access management section.
The Seed user is designated as an administrator in Aptean AppCentral. By default, the Made2Manage (M2M) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application is activated and set up for access. You receive an activation email after the AppCentral onboarding email.
Sign In to Your Account
- Open the Aptean AppCentral URL in your browser.
- Enter your credentials and click Sign In.
Signing in verifies your identity and gives you access to the applications and features available to your account.
SSO (Single Sign-On)
Single Sign-On (SSO) is a secure authentication method that lets you sign in once and then access multiple applications within Aptean AppCentral without re-entering your credentials. This simplifies login and provides a consistent experience across integrated applications.
After you sign in, the All Apps window opens.

Take a Quick Tour
After signing in, a welcome popup appears offering you the option to take a quick tour of the platform.

Click Take a Quick Tour to launch a brief, guided walkthrough of the AppCentral interface. This helps you become familiar with the platform quickly.

Click Remind Me Later to view the tour at another time, or select Don’t show this again to skip future reminders.
At any time, you can restart this tour using theTake Product Tour button at the bottom of the Navigation pane.
