Statements

This section explains how to download and review your monthly Aptean Pay statement, including reconciliation details.

Aptean Pay statements are generated on the 7th calendar day of each month and are available for download as PDF files.

To download a statement

1. Click the Statements tab in the navigation menu.
   

2. Click the statement you want to download.

3. Choose the file format.

   

4. Download the statement.

Statement contents

Your monthly statement includes the following sections:

• Monthly activity summary
  Provides a consolidated view of all account activity for the selected month.

• Payout summary
  Displays details of each payout processed based on the payout frequency configured during account setup.

• Transaction summary
  Lists all transactions that occurred during the statement period.
