Roles

Aptean Pay / Merchant Portal is used mainly by the User and Administrator of the Merchant Account and the Accounts Receivable team.

Merchant Portal supports the following roles:

• Admin: Can perform all actions within the portal including changing account settings
• Editor: Can perform most actions within the portal, but some account settings are restricted
• Reader: This is Read only
• Unallocated: The user doesn’t have any access to the Merchant Portal for this tenant.
