In the AppCentral UI, navigate to My Solution > Connect > Support Cases and submit a request. The support team will prioritize your issue and work on resolving it.
Issues
To effectively report an issue, provide comprehensive details to assist in quick diagnosis and resolution. Essential information includes:
- A screenshot or image of the issue encountered.
- The name of the original uploaded file (if applicable).
- The document number that was detected (if applicable).
- The current user.
- The current company.
If the issue involves a specific document, keep the document available to assist with troubleshooting and speed up the resolution process.
