Overview

The ERP integration uses GraphQL (GQL) to enable communication between ERP and CRM. GQL allows ERP to query data and perform mutations (update and insert). It also provides a method for executing CRM actions, which trigger code within CRM. For more information on GQL, refer to the knowledge share wiki and CRM Teams channels (both private and public).

On the CRM side, configurations, settings, and tools are available in thee Administration workspace.
