Knowledge base overview
The Knowledge module serves as a repository for company documents. It allows you to store articles with instructions for your customer service team, to solve problems, product manuals, and more. Articles can be organized by category to facilitate easier access for users.
In this module, you can add, search, edit, and read articles. The key operations include:
- Use Knowledge Articles to browse articles organized by category.
- Use Search to search the entire library by keywords, including article number, name, or content.
- Add New Articles to the library.
- View articles you have Recently Opened.
- Add frequently used articles to your Favorites list.
