After logging the case, the contact can add additional information under the Messages tab.

  1. Open the case record and go to the Messages tab.
  2. Click the Add icon to create a new message.
  3. Enter a Topic and Notes, the clcik Save.
  4. The new message will appear under the Messages tab in the customer portal and will also be logged as an activity in the Aptean CRM application under Cases > Recent Activity.
  5. Any subsequent messages sent by the customer service team from the Aptean CRM Application will also appear in the Customer Portal > Cases > Messages tab.
