Send message
After logging the case, the contact can add additional information under the Messages tab.
- Open the case record and go to the Messages tab.
- Click the Add icon to create a new message.
- Enter a Topic and Notes, the clcik Save.
- The new message will appear under the Messages tab in the customer portal and will also be logged as an activity in the Aptean CRM application under Cases > Recent Activity.
- Any subsequent messages sent by the customer service team from the Aptean CRM Application will also appear in the Customer Portal > Cases > Messages tab.
