Report case
To create a new case, follow these steps:
- Go to the navigation panel and select Cases.
- On the action bar, click the (+) icon on the Cases page to create a new case.
- Enter the title of the case in the Description field, and input the details in the Notes groupbox. You can also fill in additional information such as Product, Version, and Part.
- Click Save. A new case is created with an automatically assigned case#. The newly created case is displayed in both the customer portal and the Aptean CRM application.
