What's New in AppCentral 26.03.01
With this release, AppCentral introduces improvements to support case management and integration configuration. These updates improve usability across Connect and Integrations and enhance the overall user experience.
New Features
Customizable columns in the Support Case page
Users can now customize which columns appear in the Support Case list. This allows customers to focus on the most relevant case information while maintaining visibility of required fields. The enhancement improves usability when managing and reviewing large numbers of support cases.
Guided configuration for Traverse integrations
Guided configuration workflows are now available for integrations between Traverse Global ERP and Aptean CRM and Traverse Global ERP and Aptean EAM. The modal workflow guides users through configuration, validation, and review before creating the integration connection.
Enhancements
Support case and feedback improvements
- The Feedback tab now displays the case subject together with the case number to make it easier to identify the case associated with feedback requests.
- The Support Case experience now supports customizable column visibility to help users focus on the most relevant information.
Connect improvements
- The multi-account selection bar now displays long account names in a single line with truncation to maintain a consistent layout.
- Account selection behavior is now more consistent across different screen sizes and zoom levels.
Integration experience improvements
- Integration provisioning status now displays more accurate connection states during configuration.
- Real-time progress percentages are now shown during bulk synchronization operations.
- Integration configuration now supports filtering node types using the nodeTypeFilter metadata value to display only relevant node types when a filter is applied.
- Integration error messages now follow the selected application language.
Customer Registry and application support
- Preparatory support has been added for the Aptean AR Forecast application within AppCentral and Customer Registry.
- The application tile supports the standard Learn More, Activate, and Open actions once the application is enabled.
Performance
Platform performance and stability
Platform improvements have been implemented to enhance overall responsiveness, reliability, and stability across the application. These updates improve integration processing and general application performance.

| 824989 | In the Insights charts, bars extended beyond the chart area and overlapped the title, and the X-axis labels were difficult to read. The chart layout has been corrected so bars remain within the chart area and labels display clearly. |
| 831745 | Filtering Application Events by the source product Made2Manage returned only a limited number of records even though additional records existed. The filter now returns all relevant records for the selected product and duration. |

| 831713 | High response time was observed when retrieving customer aggregation data under load conditions. Performance improvements have been applied to reduce response time and improve system responsiveness. |
| 831749 | The Next button in Integration Events pagination stopped functioning after page 31, preventing access to additional pages. Pagination now works correctly and allows navigation across all pages. |
| 831761 | Releasing a new version in a multi-account environment generated duplicate feed messages. The Feed now displays a single notification for the release event. |
| 832345 | Changes to MFA settings were not recorded in the Audit Log. MFA updates are now logged correctly in the Audit Log. |
