With this release, AppCentral introduces improvements to support case management and integration configuration. These updates improve usability across Connect and Integrations and enhance the overall user experience.

New Features

Customizable columns in the Support Case page

Users can now customize which columns appear in the Support Case list. This allows customers to focus on the most relevant case information while maintaining visibility of required fields. The enhancement improves usability when managing and reviewing large numbers of support cases.

Guided configuration for Traverse integrations

Guided configuration workflows are now available for integrations between Traverse Global ERP and Aptean CRM and Traverse Global ERP and Aptean EAM. The modal workflow guides users through configuration, validation, and review before creating the integration connection.

Platform improvements have been implemented to enhance overall responsiveness, reliability, and stability across the application. These updates improve integration processing and general application performance.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

820843When a customer had only one asset, the Application dropdown in support case creation did not automatically select the available asset. The dropdown now defaults to the asset when only one option exists.

817137Users were unable to log out of the Aptean AR Forecast application after launching it from AppCentral, and the single sign-out process did not terminate the session. Single sign-out now works correctly and logging out of AppCentral also ends the AR Forecast session.
824989In the Insights charts, bars extended beyond the chart area and overlapped the title, and the X-axis labels were difficult to read. The chart layout has been corrected so bars remain within the chart area and labels display clearly.
831745Filtering Application Events by the source product Made2Manage returned only a limited number of records even though additional records existed. The filter now returns all relevant records for the selected product and duration.
832048Changing the Feed filter to Last 12 Months displayed a red error message and prevented the feed from loading. The feed now loads correctly and displays activities for the selected time range.
833230The View More option in support case descriptions did not expand to show the full content when selected. The option now expands correctly and displays the complete description.
834374Integration connections failed when the application language was set to a non-English language. Integration connections now work correctly regardless of the selected language.

829115Creating a new user generated duplicate entries in the Audit Log for the same action. The Audit Log now records a single entry for each user creation event.
831713High response time was observed when retrieving customer aggregation data under load conditions. Performance improvements have been applied to reduce response time and improve system responsiveness.
831749The Next button in Integration Events pagination stopped functioning after page 31, preventing access to additional pages. Pagination now works correctly and allows navigation across all pages.
831761Releasing a new version in a multi-account environment generated duplicate feed messages. The Feed now displays a single notification for the release event.
832345Changes to MFA settings were not recorded in the Audit Log. MFA updates are now logged correctly in the Audit Log.
834174A tooltip appeared automatically for the Account field in the Support Case form without requiring the user to hover over the field. The tooltip now appears only when the user hovers over the field.
834266When cancelling a voice recording in the Support Case form, the warning message remained in English after changing the application language. The message now displays in the selected application language.
834268After switching the application language to French, the Submit button text in the Support Case form overflowed outside the button boundary. The button now adjusts correctly to display translated text.
