What's New in AppCentral 26.02.02
With this release, AppCentral introduces improved billing visibility, clearer version awareness, connect enhancements, and expanded integration capabilities. These updates enhance performance, and user experience across the application.
New Features
Version visibility and release awareness
Users can now view a dedicated Version History page directly from the user profile, presenting the release timeline with categorized updates. A new-release notification appears at login when a version is published, helping users stay informed about recent changes.
Guided integration configuration
Guided configuration flows are now available for Traverse Global ERP with Aptean Pay and Aptean Print integrations. Integration discovery has been improved to provide structured, customer-specific product capability responses.

Billing workspace improvements
- The Billing workspace provides clearer financial visibility.
- Payment History is renamed to Invoice History
- Open invoices now include unpaid transactions and unapplied credit notes
- Invoice history displays a rolling yearly view
- The Contact Aptean option routes billing inquiries to the appropriate regional finance team
Connect workspace updates
- Documentation and Training tabs now sort across all retrieved records
- Training content can be filtered by Track and Recorded Version
- Notifications are sent when a new version is published, with direct links to Version History from the Feed page
- Feed activity and feedback now display across all permitted accounts
Integration experience improvements
- Integrations page now localizes correctly
- Resubmit option is available for failed connections
- Not Available cards guide activation of required products
- Shortened product names display consistently
- Metadata icons provide audit-related information
User experience improvements
- Maintenance notifications dynamically adjust displayed sections based on change type
- Users can log in even if Salesforce configuration is incomplete
