Enhancements and Modifications
Intelligent Workflow Label Update
All references to Business Workflows have been renamed to Intelligent Workflow across AppCentral, the Registry, and related modules. This change aligns terminology with the application’s evolving workflow capabilities.
Support Cases - Search by Contact Name
The Support Case search capability now includes the option to search by Contact Name.
This enhancement allows users to quickly locate cases created by specific contacts, improving accessibility and search efficiency in the Support Cases tab.
Collapsible Left Action Pane
The left action pane in AppCentral now includes a Collapse icon that lets users minimize the panel to show only icons.
- When collapsed, click the icon to open the respective feature or application, such as starting a new chat.

This update improves workspace flexibility and navigation, similar to modern chat and productivity interfaces.
