Enhancements and Modifications

With this release, AppCentral delivers improvements that make case management more efficient, simplify workflow processes, and provide a clearer, more intuitive user experience. Users can create cases faster, access integration details more easily, and manage business workflows with greater clarity and reliability.

Event Automations Renamed to Business Workflows

The Event Automations label has been renamed to Business Workflows in the navigation pane and Customer Registry for better clarity. All features and functionality remain unchanged.

Product Activation Workflow Integration with IAM

Product activation now automatically registers database information in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. This ensures that teams like AI and BI can access accurate database details for queries and reporting. The process includes validation and error handling to maintain data accuracy and reliability.

Tech Profile Enhancements in Create New Case Workflow

The New Case workflow now supports Tech Profile selection and automatic field population. When you select a Tech Profile, AppCentral retrieves product details from Salesforce and fills in fields such as Application, Version, and Component. This update simplifies case creation, reduces manual input, and ensures greater accuracy in captured product information.

Integrations Page Redesign

The Integrations page has a new, cleaner layout with categorized sections, improved search and filters, and clear visibility of integration status. Users can quickly access configuration details, view logs, and see which integrations are active, inactive, or in error. The redesign also enhances page responsiveness and load times, making integration management faster and easier.
