Enhancements/Modifications

With this release, AppCentral introduces key enhancements to improve support workflows. A new Tech Profile field has been added to the New Case Creation form to support accurate triaging and faster response.

Tech Profile in Case Creation

A new Tech Profile dropdown field is now available in the New Case Creation screen. This field improves triaging accuracy by allowing users to select the appropriate technical configuration linked to the customer’s account. The dropdown displays Tech Profile names associated with the selected asset. If no matching profiles are found, the field remains inactive. Once submitted, the selected Tech Profile is included in the case record and appears in the Case Details view.

Resolved Issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

746284When users downloaded KB articles from AppCentral, the output PDF contained HTML tags and only included the first page of the article. This issue has been fixed. Users now receive the full content without extra characters in a clean PDF format.
746934In the Change Request view, users were unable to sort by Contact Name, and the Last Modified Date field was missing. This issue has been corrected and both features are now functional.
754908Previously entered values were being retained when clicking Create New Case multiple times, leading to user confusion. The case form now resets properly each time it is opened.
755517Users attempting to access the AP Invoice Automation Admin Portal encountered a maintenance screen. This was due to an incorrect routing configuration, which has now been fixed.
