With this release, AppCentral includes an AI-powered Query feature that enables users to ask business questions in natural language across ERP systems. This update also adds new admin controls for managing access to query tools and allows customer-specific activation of the Executive Query feature.

Gen AI

GenAI introduces a natural-language interface for querying business data across multiple ERP systems. Users can ask questions in natural language and receive structured results, without needing to know SQL or underlying ERP schemas.

Access Management – DataInquiry permission

Admin users can now manage access to DataInquiry directly from the Access Management module. This enhancement provides more granular control over who can access query tools, helping teams enforce the right level of data visibility.

Customer-controlled activation of executive query

Support has been added for enabling or disabling the GenAI Query (DataInquiry) application on a per-customer basis. This is managed using the Customer Registry and a Feature Flag in AppCentral, giving admins the flexibility to control feature availability based on customer needs.
