Enhancements/Modifications
With this release, the following issues have been addressed:
- Addressed a navigation issue where support case links from email notifications intermittently redirected users to the All Apps page or caused the Case Details screen to freeze. The Case Details view now loads reliably without disruption.
- The Case Attachments section in AppCentral now displays only attachments that are shared publicly or via email.
- Added support for entering a customer’s CC email and contact phone number when submitting a support case, ensuring better communication and follow-up.
- Resolved an issue with tenant creation that caused duplicate records for new NSS customers, preventing the My Apps page from loading. The system now processes tenant records correctly, ensuring proper page access and load.
