Your AppCentral Workspace
After signing in to AppCentral, the All Apps page appears by default. This page provides a centralized view of all available applications configured for your user profile.
The interface includes key navigation elements, such as the application widget, left navigation panel, and various utility icons. Each component is designed to enhance usability, streamline access to integrated features, and support a seamless workflow across the platform.

The following table provides descriptions of the elements available on the AppCentral home page.

| Application Widget | This is the primary activity window for all AppCentral users. An admin user can configure the required applications in the application widget. |
| Navigation Menu | Click the icon next to Aptean AppCentral to toggle between the Application Widget and the left navigation panel. This simplifies the workspace and enhances user experience. |
| Navigation Pane | The main menu of the platform, providing access to key sections and functionalities. |
| Show Help | Click Show Help to open the Aptean AppCentral documentation in a new browser tab. The Help page lists guides for AppCentral and its integrated applications. Select the tile for the topic or product you want to view to open its specific guide. This feature makes it easy to switch between documentation for multiple products without losing your place in AppCentral. |
| Show Notifications | Click Show Notifications to go to Connect > Feed, where you can view real-time updates for your organization. Typical notifications include invoices and billing information, surveys and feedback requests, system alerts and planned maintenance notices, and case status updates and details. This feed keeps you informed about changes that may affect your day-to-day work in AppCentral. |
| Language Selector | Use the Language Selector to view Aptean AppCentral in your preferred language. The interface currently supports English, German (Deutsch), French (Français), and Dutch (Nederlands). Selecting a language immediately updates the AppCentral interface without affecting your data or settings. |
| Theme Selector | Use the Theme Selector to change the appearance of AppCentral between the available themes. Currently, two themes are supported. The Bright theme is a high-contrast, light theme for maximum visibility, and the Soft White theme is a softer, reduced-contrast theme for a more neutral viewing experience. Changing themes applies immediately to all pages in AppCentral and does not affect your data or settings. |
| Profile Picture | Click your profile picture (which usually shows your initials if no image is uploaded) in the upper-right corner to open the user menu. From this menu, you can view or edit your profile details, access account settings, and sign out of AppCentral. This provides quick access to personal and account-related actions without leaving your current page. |
| User Menu | User Profile: View username, email address, role, assigned groups, and product access. AI Assistant: Get context-sensitive help relevant to the current tab. Company Profile: View company name, address, and contact details. Status Hub: View real-time service status. Trust Center: Learn about Aptean’s security, privacy, and compliance policies. Privacy Policy: Understand how Aptean collects and protects your data. Terms of Use: Review the platform’s terms and conditions. Sign Out: Sign out of AppCentral and any connected applications. |
