The KB Articles tab provides a list of Knowledge Base (KB) articles for your subscribed products. You can filter the list by product or search for a specific article using keywords.

By default, the tab displays all available KB articles. You can refine the results by selecting a product from the Select application drop-down list or entering a keyword in the search bar.

To view the details of a KB article:

  • A maximum of 25 KB articles are displayed per page. If more results are available, use the left and right arrows at the bottom to navigate between pages. The total number of results appears in the bottom-left corner.
  • You can use both the search bar and filters together or perform a quick search.
