KB Articles
The KB Articles tab provides a list of Knowledge Base (KB) articles for your subscribed products. You can filter the list by product or search for a specific article using keywords.
By default, the tab displays all available KB articles. You can refine the results by selecting a product from the Select application drop-down list or entering a keyword in the search bar.
To view the details of a KB article:
- Click the article title. The content opens in a Details screen.
- To close the screen, click the Close button or click anywhere outside the window.
- A maximum of 25 KB articles are displayed per page. If more results are available, use the left and right arrows at the bottom to navigate between pages. The total number of results appears in the bottom-left corner.
- You can use both the search bar and filters together or perform a quick search.
View and Download KB Article
- To view the details of a KB article, click the article title. The content opens in a Details screen.
- To close the screen, click the Close button or click anywhere outside the window.
- To download the KB article as a PDF, click the Download button.
View Notes Before Downloading
To learn more about a package before downloading:
- Click View Notes next to the Download icon to see additional details about the file.
- If no notes are available for a package, the View Notes icon will appear grayed out and inactive.
- Hovering over a grayed-out View Notes icon displays the message: No Notes Available.
