Downloads

The Downloads tab provides a list of files and updates available for your subscribed products, including software updates and hotfixes. You can search for a file or package to download or filter files by Product Line, Product, Platform, Version, and Language before downloading.

The right pane displays all available files by default. You can refine the list using the search bar or filters.

Searching and Downloading a File

To find and download a file using a keyword:

1. In the Search Name search bar, enter a keyword related to the file you are looking for.
   As you type, the file list is filtered in the right pane.
2. Click the Download icon in the Action column to download the file.

Filtering and Downloading a File

To refine the file list using filters and download a file:

1. In the Filters section, select a Product Line.

   
   Selecting a Product Line is mandatory.

2. Select the Product, Platform, Version, and Language based on your requirements.
3. Click Apply.
   The file list is filtered in the right pane based on your selections.
4. Click the Download icon in the Action column to download the file.

• A maximum of 25 files are displayed per page. If more results are available, use the left and right arrows at the bottom to navigate between pages. The total number of results appears in the bottom-left corner.
• Click Reset All to clear all filters.
• To learn more about a package before downloading, click View Notes next to the Download icon to see additional details about the file.
• You can use both the search bar and filters together or perform a quick search.
