Change Requests
The Change Requests tab displays a list of Change Requests (CRs) submitted for your subscribed products. You can filter the list by product line, type, status, and severity, or search for a specific request using keywords.
By default, the tab displays all submitted CRs—both active and closed—in a table format. This helps you easily track the status and progress of each request.
- A maximum of 25 change requests are displayed per page. If more results are available, use the arrows at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages. The total number of results appears in the bottom-left corner.
- You can use the search bar and filters together or perform a quick search.
Search and View Change Requests
To find and view change requests using a keyword:
- In the Search by request search bar, enter a keyword related to the request you want to find. The change request list filters automatically in the right pane as you type.
- Click a change request ID or title to open and view request details.
Filter and Manage Change Requests
To refine the change request list using filters:
- Select Product Line, Type, Status, and Severity based on your needs. The list updates based on your selections.
Selecting a Product Line is mandatory. - Click a change request ID or title to view details.
- Use the Export option to download the filtered list.
