The All Apps page provides a central location to access all applications available to your organization. It presents applications in a tile format, making it easy to quickly find, launch, or explore them. The page includes sections for Available Apps and Recommended Apps to help you identify the apps relevant to your business needs. Each tile shows the application name, an icon, and key actions such as Open, Learn More, or Contact Aptean. Tiles are organized by category or recommendation, helping users navigate and launch applications efficiently.

Available Apps

This section lists all applications to which your organization is subscribed. You can launch any application directly from this page using the Open button. The available applications are organized into categories to help you quickly identify the ones that best align with your business requirements.

Recommended Apps are suggestions provided by AppCentral based on your organization’s business type, subscription, and current product usage. These apps are intended to enhance your workflows, expand functionality, or optimize operations. Recommended apps appear prominently on the All Apps page, making it simple for users to review and request access to applications that are relevant to their business needs.

Contact Aptean

The Contact Aptean action allows users to request access to a recommended application directly from the product tile. Clicking this button opens a dialog box prefilled with a default subscription request message, which can be customized as needed. After submitting the request, it is sent to the support team, and an account manager follows up with further instructions or approval. This feature streamlines the subscription request process and ensures timely assistance from Aptean.

To subscribe to a recommended app:

  1. Click the Contact Aptean button on the product tile.
  2. Modify the default subscription request message if needed.
  3. Click Submit. Your request is sent to the support team, and an account manager will contact you with more details.
  4. Click Learn More on a product tile to view additional information about that product.
